This IDC Government Insights report provides insight into the EMEA 2010 Top 10 Predictions. IDC Government Insights' Top 10 Predictions are focused on four key themes — paying down the public debt, keeping the public sector operating, ensuring that the public administration is "fit for purpose," and planning for a better future — that will underpin many of the actions taken by public sector executives in the coming 12 months."
