Silvia Piai is Senior Research Analyst within IDC Health Insights and IDC Government Insights in EMEA. Since 2006 in her role, she supports the government, healthcare, and education research services for Western Europe.

Ms Piai analyzes and anticipates key trends and forecasts related to IT strategies and spending in national healthcare systems and in central and local government organizations in Western Europe overall, as well as in major European countries (UK, Spain, Italy, Germany and France).
