Abstract
This IDC presentation was delivered in late June and early July 2010 to organizations subscribing to any of IDC's European Services programs.
The presentation comments on the main events in the second quarter of 2010, discusses the progress of the key vendors during that period, and examines how IT services markets are progressing in the aftermath of the economic downturn in 2009. The presentation also provides the updated market estimates and forecasts for the West European IT services market and business process outsourcing (BPO) markets.
The presentation also looks at the signing of outsourcing contracts on a rolling four-quarter basis and the pipeline of outsourcing renewals until the end of 2013.
